I did a total of an hour and half of jump shots. No catching rebounds, no running, no lay ups, just jump shots. I stood on one spot which I wanted to be good at shooting at. I suggested that my friends should pick up the basketball and pass them to me which they all said in union. I stood on the spot, waited for them to pass me the ball. Once I recieved the ball, I launched myself into the air and flick the ball off my middle finger. It was not hard. As soon as I landed, I received another ball and jumped again without hesitation. That never got old. I repeated the same movement for over a hundred times before I ran out of stamina. I got a averege of 3 out of 10. It was not a very pleasent mark for me. I just need more practice. That helped me to build up my arm muscle and make them stronger, also raised my stamina level. I had to push myself to the limit every time before putting my ass on the grass and take a rest.
