Another day without gaming. It was not that hard. I just had to read some books to get my mind off of video games, and which was pretty simple. I did go on my iPod but only to read a fanfiction story. Also, I spent my whole afternoon doing training and after dinner I went to do pull ups. I spent my morning reading, and my night typing Blogger and reading. If you did not believe it, it was up to you.

I have list out my training course and I will follow that everyday. It is not easy, many people think that it is, but I am telling you, it is not. I have been doing that training over and over and over for one and a half month now and I die everyday from it. The exhaustion is just too much sometimes.

I do not know what else to say because nothing really happened in the past two days.

    First, you need to closely watch and RECORD your weight, exercise time, and study time. These numbers are valuable assets for your future training.

    Second, closely watch your excitement level (动力水平). Whenever you think you are at the limit, tell yourself to add 5 more minutes. Day after day, you are challenging your limits, and you will be strong and endurable.

    Third, ask your mum to adjust your food. Do NOT take fried food and carbohydrate drinks. You MUST realize that as an athlete, you MUST REJECT some delicious food. I do not have the full list of foods you can or cannot take. I will ask some experts in UBC.
