Finally I can take a break tomorrow from this hardcore body building, NBA like training. My whole body is aching like hell right now. My shoulders hurt whenever I try to stretch them. My legs hurt whenever I try to run. My back hurts whenever I am doing a pull ups. There is barely any part of my body that does not hurt when I am doing my training. Maybe after 1 day of rest I might be able to get rid of the pain, even if not, it is fine. They pain reminds me that I have achieved my goal of that day, and it is good when you know that your goal have been achieved.
I have not been playing games, but that does not mean that I cannot go on YouTube. I keep myself companied after I have complete all my work of the day and there is nothing left to do. It does not break the rule because students do go on YouTube to find out stuff.
