I have nothing to do right now other than physical training. I have done a lot of physical training today. Over 200 sit ups, over 5 minutes of wall sitting, over 10 minutes of planks, 50 sit ups and 30 push ups. My goal is to get abs by next month. I am not fat because I burn up all my calories while at school playing basketball. All I need to do is to train and turn my flesh into muscle. It will take some time, but I will not give up. It is one of the challenges that you have set for me. I go on the Internet and find the fastest way to get muscular, almost every one of them is the same. You have to keep it up, not just one day or two, but a long period. I have a goal, then I have to complete it. That is my rule.
